1. Calling Card.

Use your Pecus Salt Mineral Block as a calling card to have your livestock return to their kraal at the end of the day. Once they have returned remove the block from the kraal to avoid animals licking salt unregulated, which can cause bloating or even salt poisoning. In the morning instruct your livestock caretaker to let the cattle lick the block for a controlled amount of time, there after they should be let out to drink water and graze. The recommended intake you will find on the label of your Pecus Salt Mineral Block.

Symptoms of Salt Poisoning most often reported are:

  • Extreme thirst and urination
  • Lack of energy
  • Loss of appetite
